These terms cover thewildwoodsfarm.com, our egg orders and our text messages. Using the site or ordering means you agree to them. The Wildwoods Farm is a family-run farm in Hadley Township, Michigan, run by Chris and Sarah Kamyszek.

Egg orders

An egg order saves your place in line. It doesn't promise eggs on a certain day, because the hens decide how many eggs there are. Weekly orders are filled first, then pickups, then drop-offs. You pay when you get your eggs, by cash, Venmo or card, at the price on the site when you ordered. We deliver only inside the drop-off area shown on our map, and we confirm with you before we come.

Lamb shares

Lamb share prices, dates and deposits are on our reserve page and at checkout, and those are what count.

Text messages

WildWoods Farm texts are about your own egg order.

How they start. By giving us your phone number when you order eggs. We never text a number that wasn't given to us with an order, and we don't send marketing texts.

What we send. A text to confirm a delivery and how you'll pay, a text if your order moves in line, and a text when your eggs are dropped off.

How often. Message frequency varies, usually a few texts for each delivery.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping. Reply STOP at any time. You'll get one text saying you're unsubscribed, and none after that. Asking us to stop in your own words works too. Reply START to get order texts again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using the site

The words, pictures and marks here belong to The Wildwoods Farm. Share links and quote a line with credit, but please don't copy whole pages. Please don't misuse the forms, for example with automated orders or spam.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it comes as is. As far as the law allows, The Wildwoods Farm isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.

Michigan law

Michigan law governs these terms.

Changes

When these terms change, so does the date at the top.
