THE FLOCK · PASTURED LAYERS

Blue eggs, wild ground.

Cream Legbar and Whiting True Blue hens forage behind the cattle and sheep in our rotation and lay eggs in every shade of blue. Fed certified-organic, soy-free feed grown and blended forty minutes from here.

THE LIVING FLOCK

A harvest ends. A flock doesn't.

Your lamb's story closes on one day in September: seven animals, one season, a record that finishes. The flock's story never finishes. It's written fresh every morning, one blue egg at a time. This isn't a countdown; it's a standing record of a living flock that renews itself season after season.

HOW WE FARM · THE SHORT VERSION

Two blue-egg breeds range fresh pasture behind the herd and eat a certified-organic, soy-free ration grown about forty minutes from our gate. The breeds, the feed farm we know by name, and the honest math behind the $9 dozen are all one page over.

BLUE SHELLS

Two blue-egg breeds means every carton is a gradient, sky to true blue. You'll know ours anywhere.

BEHIND THE HERD

Our hens aren't parked on one yard. They range fresh pasture on their own clock, all season.

SOY-FREE ORGANIC FEED

Certified-organic, soy-free ration from a local farm we know by name, not a commodity mill.

HAND GATHERED

A small flock, gathered daily. Every carton passes through our hands, not a grading line.

THE EGG SHARE

A weekly subscription, straight from the flock.

Shares run weekly through the laying season: one, two, or three dozen, your call. We cap it at 30 dozen a week, about two thirds of what the flock can lay at its peak, so a share is a promise we can keep even in the slow weeks. Share members get the flock's eggs first; extras sell by the dozen when there are extras.

EGG SHARE · WEEKLY
$9 / dozen

1, 2, or 3 dozen every week, all season. Only 30 share dozens exist, and you're not billed until the eggs start. First claim on the flock's eggs, and the story behind them.

BY THE DOZEN
$10 / dozen

At the farm, as available. Shares fill first, and the extra dollar is the no-commitment price; a share locks $9 all season. Worth asking when there's extra.
